Gavin responded to my inquiry immediately and confirmed my decision to list with Abode Base. The consultation and the photographer were scheduled for the next day and the sign went up before I knew it. Kris kept me up to date through the entire process via text, phone or email, leaving me no doubt that this was the right company. These people know what they are doing!
We had a difficult property to sell, and the "hot" market turned just as the property was listed. Gavin and the team and Abode Base never flinched. They professionally led us through the minefield of lowball offers, a failed contract to buy, looky lu's, reasonable price lowering, and then a couple of inspections that weren't pretty. The right buyer eventually came along,, as we were assured they would, and now everybody is happy. I strongly recommend this team.
Amy Baalaer is amazing!! We were doing a quick sell and buying a new house out of state. Amy worked her magic with our time frame!! She had our house on the market fast and we had offers within hours!! She will get it done for you!! She is very easy to work with and very friendly!! I would recommend her to anyone and use her again if we were looking to buy and sell. She explained everything to us and made sure we were getting what we wanted!!!
