I'd give them -1 star if I could. These jerks have an auto-dialer that has cold-called so many people that their Yelp profile is filled with complaints. The FTC should take this company down.

My Mother received a card in the mail for a $35. air and heat check-up. Bill Smart did the check-up - informed us that the unit was extremely dirty and if we didn't clean it with chemicals we would be in violation of the unit warranty. He quoted a cost of a little over $200. for the cleaning. I discouraged my Mother from doing it but she insisted. Bill was on the roof for less than 10 minutes for the cleaning. Tired of the Calls!

I've received multiple calls from Abode Air. I am on the do not call list and have asked them to remove my name. Not only have they not removed my name, but the people who call are rude. I had one person call me then ask me to hold. The only reason I answered was to request, AGAIN, to take my name off the list. I got another call a day later and when I asked him to remove my name he told me that I had to call back to request it. I told him that I work in a call center and I know how this works. I also talked to Ron today and he made me cry he was so mean to me. They have been calling me fo 4 years and I finally lost it as they called this morning just as I was about to fall asleep after a long night and hung up on me. I know someone wrote that Ron was finished but he's not. I am on the do not call list too and I've begged them not to call me anymore . I'm very sad and angry ;(

I just received another call from a female with an offer to do a checkup of my unit. When I told her I wasn't able to do this at this time she said, "when would be a better time to call?" I then told her I was unemployed and she said, "sorry to have bothered you" and hung up. YEHHH I am going to call you when I am able to afford work on my unit. NOOOOOOO

Been getting calls from these guys for over a year. Asked several times to stop calling. Called main office spoke with Adam who agreed to remove my number. That was 3 months ago. Got a call today Jan 18th 2011 from Tyrone. Im guessing they use fake names as to not be held accountable. Called Ron Dew owner on his CELL PHONE and he got mad and yelled at me to call the main office and they would take it off and that it was his emergency line. LMAO. RON DEW is finished 480-510-4032

We have received 3-4 unwanted sales calls from their call center EVERY SINGLE WEEK for several months. We are on the DO NOT CALL registry and have asked every single caller to take us off their list. We have spoken to managers. We have done everything we can think of, but the calls keep calling. What's worse, is they usually call just as our family is sitting down for dinner. These people will not stop calling my business phone. They mostly call after I have already signed off for the day but it is getting very annoying to see their number show up on my caller ID. I have put my business number on the Do Not Call Registry and asked them to stop calling but they don't. Harassment has no meaning to them apparently.
