tl;dr - Able is amazing, and likely saved me over $80k in costs including avoiding moving out of my home temporarily. 100% calling them for all my needs going forward. I had a significant sewer backup throughout my house, and had called another plumber (not Able) first -- they told me I immediately had to stop using all water in the house, needed to move out for 2 weeks, and the replacement sewer line to the street would cost $70,000. I can't say enough positive things about the team at Able. Contacted them for a 2nd opinion on a sewer line backup that a different plumber couldn't resolve and quoted $25k for dig out and repair/replace of the line. Time was critical because a family member was returning home from a major surgical procedure in a few days and would need functioning plumbing during recovery. The owner of Able personally called after normal hours and scheduled his "go-to" tech to come out the next evening after already scheduled work that day.... read more
