7/26 update - I contacted Able to get estimates for some sewer work and replace a tank water heater with a tankless one. It's been over 6 weeks and 10 attempts to try and get answers here, and I'm done with this company. - Waited over 2 weeks after the initial visit (paying extra for the camera view of the line). Was told I had a belly in the line and that it was failing.
