7/26 update - I contacted Able to get estimates for some sewer work and replace a tank water heater with a tankless one. It's been over 6 weeks and 10 attempts to try and get answers here, and I'm done with this company. - Waited over 2 weeks after the initial visit (paying extra for the camera view of the line). Was told I had a belly in the line and that it was failing. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about solving the problem the right way. They took the time to carefully inspect and locate the source of the leak instead of rushing through the job. Easy to schedule an appointment. Plumber was right on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Able is now my “go to” plumbing company.
Able Plumbing changed the scope of work at my property without authorization by placing catch basins in wrong locations & moving a drain line where it didn't belong. They also cut a major power line that never got fixed properly for several days effecting 56 tenants. To make matters worse they spliced the cut power line leaving the wires sticking out of the ground, exposing it to children instead of running a new line to the junction box.
