Overall, it was good for all of our things that we needed to put in storage. But when we moved into our house, we've been killing roaches and either cockroaches or water bugs in out boxes. We have never had roaches, and now we get some from this storage unit. Very very disappointing.
The customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond to any issues.
