I researched air conditioners first, then found the perfect installer for what I wanted. Ron, at Able Refrigeration, worked with me to match a Goodman air conditioner to my existing furnace. Even though I am an older woman, he didn't talk down to me, nor did he try to "school" me on HVAC. He respected my ideas and experience. My furnace worked fine, although it was under the roof. Made a 24hr emergency service call. The temps where 115-118. I was told a tech would be here within the hour. Tech never showed up and repeated calls went unanswered. When a company accepts the service and doesn't show up that is just bad business. Received a call this morning for the service. 12 hours later. Too top it off this company is located about 4 miles from my home.
