I recently needed a hot water heater replaced. Dale O. came out and advised me of several upgrades that needed to be made to comply with code and safety. He then proceeded to do a great job. I'm very satisfied.

Brian B. arrived 3 hours after I called for an appt. That's prompt service! He was knowledgeable and willing to educate me as he worked on the plumbing. I didn't know, for example, that some manufacturers of shower handles set a factory default setting to "warm", which means it takes longer to get hot water. Brian shifted the setting to full-on hot, which will save me gallons of water. Bryan was great. We did updating in an older home's shower. He had no reservations that the job could be done and done right, positve attitude from the start. He was very reassurunig that it all would work fine. He was right!!! Did a wounderful job, clean and effecient. Give him two thumbs up and would highly recommend him. Thank you Bryan.
