We appreciate Bryan A.'s personable, professional and reliable service two different times now. We had a plumbing emergency on the night of Labor Day but couldn't get anyone out until the morning. Bryan A. came at around 9:00 a.m. and remembered having been here just over two years ago in the wee hours of the morning when we had the same situation. This was the fourth time we've had Able out to do plumbing or electrical work at our house, and it was a great experience. Bryan A. showed up within an hour of my call to ask for service, and explained what we needed to have done. He finished the job quickly and even cleaned the shower afterwards. What a great service! Thanks, and we will be back!!

I would give 10 stars if possible. Prompt, courteous, professional and reasonable considering the call was a Sunday afternoon. These guys are my new plumbers. I only have one bathroom, so this is pretty important!

Public Service Announcement for friends living in the foothills: the stupid acorn woodpeckers love to fill holes with acorns. In this case, the hole happened to be a roof vent for a bathroom sink. No auger would get through this--another company tried! Jonathan had to cut through the drywall, remove a section of the drain pipe, clear the vent from the roof down to the cut out section, and then carefully chip away at the blockage as it made a 90 degree turn down into the concrete foundation. Dwain came to my house to replace recessed lights in my kitchen with LED lights. He asked me if I wanted the recessed lights over my bar replaced as well. I forgot about those lights and was glad he noticed them. He asked me if there was anything else that needed to be could take care of for me. I indicated that the ceiling fan light in my office had quit working and he said he would replace that as well. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was very pleased.

Bryan and Justin showed up in a timely manner and introduced themselves. Bryan did most of the talking and was up-front about the possible options for our problem. The work was completed without any undue mess or wasted time. Bryan was very knowledgeable and informative and even noticed a couple of other issues that I could repair myself to save some headaches down the road. Overall I was very impressed with the service. Had a broken water heater and called Able. Kyle came out that day and replaced my old water heater. As an Architect, I was impressed with not only his work performance but also his professionalism. He did the work quickly, and the quality of his work was excellent. Would certainly recommend Able to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work done.
