RecommendedSpeedy same day service. From receptionist on the phone throughout our whole 'fix' was pleasant and professional ! Trevor K did not leave until all of our plumbing was done and working properly to our expectation and answered every question we had.

This is a dishonest company. The repairman intentionally crimped the pilot tube that allows gas to reach the pilot light in an effort to force me to buy a new water heater. I guess because I am a woman they figured I would never be able to figure that out. Do not trust this company. When I tried to speak to the owner I was blocked from doing so. Even with photographs of the crimped line there was no apology or concern over the integrity of their company employees

Duston and Ryan came out to service our water heater. They were great! Made sure we could afford the service, clean and very knowledgeable! We have hot water again!! Thank you so very much!

Kyle C., came promptly and was most helpful explaining my water heater issue and a stuck water shut off valve in my bathroom. His work was very clean and neat. Kyle walked me through his work and made sure I understood how my new water heater worked! Great Job, Kyle C.

Great answering service, getting us connected with a technician within minutes after hours on 2 occasions. Tom V. and his coworker got to the problem and fixed it quickly the first call. 2nd call Jonathon T. was courteous, pleasant, and explained his findings along with giving us repair options, keeping us informed as he worked. Highly recommended.
The service is always first rate. Whether it is for electrical or plumbing. Jonathan was personable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. You are my "go to guys"!

Alex walked us through the procedure of repairing our draining problem with the kitchen. He explained what he would do, what he would look for, tests he would perform, and possible issues with our draining problem. After completing the testing we were advised of solutions and cost.
