I wish I had read other Google and Yelp reviews before agreeing to clean an RV for this company. After providing the service and requested documentation we were assured the bill would be paid in 30 days. After 30+ days we were told we had not submitted everything but then all of the paperwork was "found" after we re-sent the original email. After 2 1/2 month, multiple calls, and several phone calls we have been given no explanation other than they are waiting for "Tom" (I assume the owner) to sign the check. We finally got taken care of by able!!! They have been great to work with! My brother and his wife went thru a fire and they were staying at a hotel.. We got our insurance company to hire Able housing and they have done an outstanding job. At first, took some time to get paperwork and permits started, but Steph our coordinator has been very nice and helpful to our family. I am very thankful
Stephanie has just been great.. I have been helping my sister with her temporary housing and it has been a roller coaster experience. We got Able housing to bring in our temporary housing needs and so far our lives have been made so much easier due to this trailer we are living in! There are some things that need repair but other than that we are loving it here! I would recommend able housing to anyone who will be homeless and needs housing without thinking about it! Helping someone who is across the country can be very difficult and Able housing has done a great job helping a family out here in CA. Stephanie was the point of contact and most of the work that was coordinated was through her and she couldn't have done a better job. The family is very happy with the services that were provided and I wouldnt mind working with them again.
