I can’t say enough about Able kids and the staff … they have one of the kindest, caring and most compassionate teams I’ve ever met. As a mother of a non verbal child leaving your child in the care of anyone can be a scary place. They have been nothing but incredible with my son. Before attending Able kids my son was having daily meltdowns in his day care, he was being overlooked and left to his own devices, comming home sad and frustrated. Not able to get in contact with them for over a month. Does not answer the phone or return phone calls.

The staff allowed my son on a piece of equipment that I told them he should not be on for safety during our initial walk through. The staff did this on a day I said to be extra careful because he had a head injury. I had to take my son to the ER 2x that day because they caused him a head injury. The management tried to justify their staff's actions to me versus showing sympathy or take responsibility. Truly disgusting. A year later, he still has everlasting issues.
