randy did a fantastic job iv never seen my carpet so clean the high traffic areas were grey to black and he got them all I can't wait too see what he does to my tile floors in kitchen in January ill definitely be back and he was patient with my son who was asking lots of questions my son loves to vacuum he wants to work for Randy thank you sir God bless
