woman was extremely rude and would not stop interrupting me to the point i couldn’t even get out the question i wanted to ask. should hire some young people obviously the middle aged woman running the front desk has no customer service experience or probably any experience with another human being
Can't get ahold of anyone it seems like they just take your money and are done with ya I've had them for awhile now and they are cheap but lack every where else!!!
Can never get through to make payments. The phone is always busy when you call, and even when you can get through it’s unlikely you’ll speak to a person and get your problem solved.
