The staff of Able home care stuffs are very professional, respectful, helpful, and caring. I love the smile that they put on their employees faces.They are also very caring and attentional to their patients which means that they make sure that their patient gets good service.

This particular Able Health Care Services in Hempstead is alright definitely Not the Greatest as far as professionalism goes. If you’re a Home Health Aide looking to work for the Hempstead Branch I say don’t even bother because the coordinators are LAZY. Go elsewhere.

We contacted the agency during the pandemic and were in desperate need of assistance with my father. I was working from home and taking care of a baby. The first person they sent was not worth what we were paying. She sat on a stool and waited for her shift to be over. No one at the agency bothered to ask about her performance. The second aide was helpful, but then my father was hospitalized. The director, Cindy was not pleasant to deal with, and was very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
