The calibre of knowledge, skill and care are top notch at Able Body Health. I'm in weekly for Massage and Acupuncture, and 1x month for chiropractic care. I was hesitant coming in to see a chiropractor, because I had this irrational anxiety of being "cracked like a glowstick" and getting hurt even worse. But I gave in when I had torticollis as I was in so much pain and he helped me through it. And ever since I've been coming back even just a basic adjustment or sciatic pain that doesn't go away with stretching. But Dr.Sheppard is absolutely wonderful, compassionate and professional and works with weenies like me, so with that being said, I highly recommend him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I highly recommend doctor Aaron and doctor Christine, who have both helped me with my back, shoulder and neck pain. Their staff is also extremely friendly.
