In early 2018 I took my truck to this shop because as the car was on the road, it would shut off. No stalling, just complete shut down. I took it to Abel’s and at first they charged me $135 to diagnose it. But then they called me saying they needed to run an electrical diagnosis, and that was a separate diagnosis fee ($270) in addition to the initial one. I ended up paying $405 in diagnosis alone.
