I was very impressed with the service and technicians. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving just as promised. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them.
Found out months after unit was installed that filter was never installed. We felt it was time to change filter after there were considerable sinus issues Able Air is coming out this afternoon to install filter.
We use Able Air for our semi-annual checkup. Always timely with good service. This time they found a leak, which was the bad news. But the good news was it was all covered under warranty.
We had a fantastic experience with Able Air from start to finish. The team installed our Carrier air conditioner/gas furnace unit in a timely and professional manner. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and worked seamlessly together as a team. At the end of the day, they took the time to walk us through the system and made sure we understood how everything worked. We’re very pleased.
We have used able air for our air conditioning needs since we purchased our home almost 11 years ago. There were two rooms added to the home before we purchased it and we had experienced cooling problems in those rooms since then. Our technician Jerry diagnosed and fixed our problem by installing the proper duct work and channeling for those two rooms. We are so thrilled to now be cool in those two rooms. Thanks Jerry!
