"ABLE TO BE THERE WHEN YOU NEED US"....nope. A/C is not working. Bought an extended warranty due to promise of service including after hours. Called today as our A/C is out, but indicate they are booked and cannot come out until Monday. Clearly not there when I need them. A real shame as up until now they were magnificent.
Our AC went out the moment the moving company was driving away from our new house. We called Able Air cause the prior owner had used them to service the system. Joe H. helped us fix the problem and get the system running till Monday when he could come to service the unit and see where the malfunction was. He found a serious issue with the system and immediately fixed it the next day. Speaking from experience, I would not recommend Able Air to anyone. The story began when I had my home built and decided on a few upgrade options. One of those upgrades was the air conditioning unit, because I have a 20×10 patio that would eventually be enclosed, and the upgraded unit would meet the airflow and circulation requirements.
