Very good experience with Able Air with an air conditioner that only worked for 10 minutes, then shut off. Zak & Joe quickly determined what was causing the issue and explained in detail what was causing the problem and what they were doing to resolve it. Back up and running fine in under an hour. They were both friendly & knowledgeable.
A few years ago I put in a new AC Carrier unit using Able Air - I had had a few quotes. It they were the ultimate great experience from starting with quite to finishing with installation. BUT WAIT! It gets even better! I have called with concerns and even had them out for a very minor service call today and they are the most professional caring and happy to assist company I’ve had in ANY industry! My ac quit working at 11:00 pm and it was getting hot. I called 2 other (supposedly 24 hour service companies) and both said it would be the next day before they could send someone to my location. I called Abel Air and was told a tech would contact me in a few minutes. 5 mins past and a tech named Mike called me and explained he had 2 others in front of me, so I explained my problem. I was very impressed with the service and technicians. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving just as promised. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them.
