What a fantastic experience with Able Air! As relatively new residents of Merritt Island, I read the tags on my air handler as the air was no longer blowing cold. As a background, Able had installed the original unit 22 years ago, so I knew they had to be expert to install equipment with such great longevity. We have had such good service since we had a new a/c and heating unit installed by Able Air a year ago. They are so fast, efficient and very helpful. We highly recommend them.
We called for a service call for our customer. They said we had to pay $95 up front. Then when they showed up, they said they could not do any work and would have to come back in the fall. No invoice received and no quote received. We called and left several emails but no one has responded. I think a response from a company is ordinarily a respectful thing for a company to do. This company is disrespectful and I usually don’t leave an unkind review but this is ridiculous.
Very good experience with Able Air with an air conditioner that only worked for 10 minutes, then shut off. Zak & Joe quickly determined what was causing the issue and explained in detail what was causing the problem and what they were doing to resolve it. Back up and running fine in under an hour. They were both friendly & knowledgeable.
