We have used Able Air for over 10 years to Service our air-conditioning unit. Every 2 to 3 years we get all that gunk in our PVC piping that leads outside.Shawn was amazing as has been every tech that has serviced our air-conditioning unit. They are straightforward with our pricing and extremely honest. I highly recommend Able Air to anybody who is looking for competent and thorough air-conditioning services. Thank you Shawn for arriving early and for sucking out all the gunk that was in our outdoor lines.

I just had the first year annual maintenance performed on the new AC unit in my house, and the technician Nick perform that service. I wish there was a higher rating I could give than five stars... I've never seen a more comprehensive service performed - he is a very smart technician and incredibly thorough, also not to mention takes the time to explain and very easy and approachable. I recently moved to Melbourne Beach and Able Airs sticker was on the air handler. Not knowing anyone in the area I called for a service call. They scheduled me for a month later and once there told me there was a leak. The service tech was nice and professional. He called in a senior tech to diagnose the leak which was coming from the coil in the condensor. That ended up being true.
