I recently moved to Melbourne Beach and Able Airs sticker was on the air handler. Not knowing anyone in the area I called for a service call. They scheduled me for a month later and once there told me there was a leak. The service tech was nice and professional. He called in a senior tech to diagnose the leak which was coming from the coil in the condensor. That ended up being true. Great company with quick response times and no up-charging.
Incredibly unprofessional. You cannot even try to have a conversation with the maintenance manager without him (Adam) continuing to talk over you or have a conversation with the office manager without her hanging up on you. They cheated me out of $300 and want another $200. They lied also. Last year they serviced my HVAC at 2 homes and and everything was fine. This year, nightmare. Jack did a fantastic job. He showed me a pic of my coil that was dirty and clogged. He cleaned it up and answered all my questions and gave me information that I didn't know. Very professional and friendly.
Able air was amazing. Had a plugged drain. Dan explained the problem well and how to avoid the issue. When I told him I was a first time home owner he walked me through all the routine maintenance I should be doing on my system to keep it functioning the way it should. The price to fix my issue was very reasonable and I will certainly be using them for yearly check ups and if anything else comes up.
