I am writing on behalf of my mom and dad. My mom had a stroke after this company came in for a water leak, which they cut out drywall in a closet and used machines to dry it out. After they took the dryers out, my dad has been contacting the “project manager” regularly and has yet to receive any call back, I have been a plumber in my past work life and have dealt with many other restoration companies over my 12+ years. Crooks. Go with any other restoration company if you value your time and property. They wil start avoiding phone calls, not showing up when booked, damange, destroy and steal your stuff, 100s of different people over the term of a job (which all lie and tell different storeis). Awful and I can't think of a company as bad that I have ever dealt with.

The team at ABK did an amazing job restoring our basement after a leak caused water damage to our ceiling, wall, and flooring. They worked with our insurance company and the flooring company to ensure things went smoothly and they always promptly answered any questions I had. They were honest about the timeline going in and everyone was very hardworking and friendly. Couldn't be happier with our restored basement :) Thanks again! -Nichole

Had my basement flood in the summer. They would constantly show up unannounced, random contractors, and as the months go on I realize more and more of my valuables have been stolen from me. I wish I knew sooner so I had a better chance of recourse. Stay away from these people.
