I lived at Abita View for 5 years in a one bedroom on the second floor. I'm giving the complex a low rating because the soundproofing between floors was terrible in my unit. It sounded like my upstairs neighbors lived inside my apartment with me. I knew their schedule even though I didn't want to. I didn't get to sleep until they decided to sleep because their TV, gaming, footsteps, and dog were that loud inside my apartment even with white noise playing.
