Difficult to speak to live person in lieu of virtual assistant. You finally schedule an appointment to see Dr. Austin Back , thinking it was at the 12750 NW 17 St facility. Instead I get switched to Hollwood, Fl which I rejected. Cancelled appointment and saved confirmation. With all the obstacles in place, I wonder how they stay in business. I may have to move on and select another provider

Excellent experience with Dr. Bach and his staff. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. My strabismus surgery went very well, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Bach answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about the procedure. I highly recommend him!
