ER is horrible. From what I heard they have a good surgery team. Came in for a knee injury that I couldn't straighten, bend or even move. Denied pain medications after I asked several times. I was polite about it even though I was on pain scale of 6/10. Only to be told I didn't look/act like I was in pain. My BP was pre-hypertensive and had slightly higher to normal HR (all indications of pain). I guess you have to be screaming in pain before they give you anything to shut you up. I broke my L3 vertebrae by 30% which can't be touched with surgery. Anyway they wouldn't do anything do about my bowels because I hadn't gone for 6 days and they didn't even think ABOUT GIVING ME A WALKER SO THAT IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR ME TO GET AROUND. I mean these people know about lumbar fractures. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 25 I WOULD.

As an almost 25 year military veteran who's been fortunate enough to serve around the globe, and been in quite a few hospitals and medical facilities. This hospital is by far the worst I've ever encountered! Earlier this month, I had the misfortune of visiting this hospital's ER during a medical emergency of severe pain in my shoulder, arm, and fingers.
