RecommendedI love the doctors there. They are wonderful, however no one answers the phones no matter when you call you. You wait 10-30 minutes. I have complained but it continues. One day I walked in with the phone on hold, in my hand and no one at the desk was on a call!!!! The doctors who practice there should call and see what patients go through. There is no message requesting a call back either.
Dr. Amy Clouse is a wonderful human being and doctor! She is calm, caring, and loving, and makes sure patients feel safe and well educated on whatever the conditions are and whatever she is doing. Sometimes I don’t even know what questions to ask, but she educates me well on everything and answers more then just my questions! Her calm voice and gentleness is something I think every woman needs in a Dr! I can’t even tell you enough how highly I think of her! Dr. Amy Clouse has been my Doctor for almost 21 yrs now & she's the best.
Four hours in waiting room and my wife gets called back doesn't even get an exam room she's sitting in the hallway this place is a joke!!
The fruit flies in my dads room on the 5th floor Lenfest were disgusting!!
