The number i changed to apparently this woman had alot of debt collecters after her. I get a call from ability recovery services atleast twice a day for a little over a year now. I spoke to multiple agents and told them this isnt their number anymore yet they keep calling, flooding my voicemail and have been harassing me for over a year now. Now one of the snobby ladies here gave me a call and i told her what i told them a dozen times and she said "well we dont know that if you told us we would mark this as the wrong number"... read more
This provider failed to bill my active insurance despite having it on file, and instead billed me as uninsured and sent a false balance to collections. This is an illegal billing practice. I am demanding immediate submission to insurance, withdrawal from collections, and deletion from all credit reports. Continued reporting of this false debt will be treated as willful FCRA and FDCPA violations. This company will be receiving an investigation as well. Enjoy it told yall to stop playing with me
HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HARASSED MY SICK MOM. CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN!!!!! May Mom ALWAYS pay her bills. She been sick off and on ALL YEAR. She miss One payment and Tracy put her in collection. Tracy called her on Christmas Day and my mom told her she will set up a payment plan for Penn Foster and Tracy put her in collection the next day, her bill was originally $425 from the school and now Tracy say is $745 now. That lady Tracy was very rude and disrespectful She is not professional so unkind. I told her I had been sick and she questioned it like it was a joke,Very Very rude and racist. I was willing to pay until she started talking rude and she hung up on me. I never had a company to be so disrespectful. I am going to pay it in full. I didn't have to be treated like this. She was so so so nasty.
