No one wants to call or deal with a debt collector. Life happens though and so here I am. But I just have to say Kim was SO professional, polite, understanding and straight to the point without judgement. It was a pleasure to work with her and I can’t wait to call her back in a few months to pay off my “oopsie” moment.
I spoke with Dion, and she was very unprofessional. She wanted to charge me a dollar to help resolve the issue, and she told me to pay my balance. She couldn't help. Goodbye. Do Not give them credits card number to run your credit for a dollar it’s a SCAM
I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. I literally had the smoothest experience with them after Penn Foster sent me to collections without once contacting me. That's not Ability's fault, so why take it out on them? My representative, Kim, was especially helpful and kind. Maybe you guys should go in just being respectful instead of being rude and you'll have a better experience like I did?
