so this is showing up on my credit report so i called to figure out what it is, the guy answer ( i think he,said his name was Joel) ip ask me what my name was then told me my birthday didnt come up anything what my ss number. I told him I never gave him my birthday and I am not comfortable giving him my ss number.tjen je said whatever bye and hung up. i have no idea what the,debt could be but it feels like a scam that he lied about my birthday since I never gave it to him. weirdest call ever
I had a collections notice on my credit report that was not mine, with a lot of treperdation I Called ARS expecting a fight to get this removed. What I found were two employee's Harley and John that were so helpful. Both approached the issue with professionalism and empathy. The credit hit was removed the next day, and my worries were taken care of. Thank you both.
Very rude and a scam. Called because Experian showed them on my credit report for $58 and they said they would have to email someone else to have them email me an itemized bill. I asked who was the $58 from, she gave me a name of something and when I looked it up it was not even a company. It was a park or something. Waited 2 days and I called back. I called to get more info on my account. Kim literally told me I had no idea what I was talking about or didn’t know how to read and hung up the phone.
