Ability Plus recently completed a new roof install on my home and they did a fantastic job. The work was completed in 2 days and it looks amazing. In addition to the work at the job site, communication was also excellent. Carrie in the office was a great point of contact and she was always available when we had questions.
My neighbor who works in construction referred me to Ability Plus Roofing and I'm glad he did. They came in at a good price, Carrie in the home office was always on point when it came to communications and coordination, I never felt upsell pressure in the slightest, and the work was done promptly and well. A lot of roofing companies come and go. There's a reason Ability Plus has stood the test of time. Great customer service and attentiveness to customer needs. I had a roof leak, and was referred to Ability Plus by a neighbor. Both the front office (Carrie) and the roofing specialist (Roman) were very friendly, courteous, timely, and communicative. After assessing our roof, Roman determined that our problem likely was being caused by our chimney, and recommended we use the services of a brick mason. Ability Plus was a breath of fresh air! We got an honest evaluation and recommendation when we weren't sure what we needed. That was followed with professional work and great scheduling and communication. We found our roofing company whenever the next issue comes up!
