This explains the terrible service I’ve received lately! Stay away from this company and their employees! I just spoke to Gina who has zero customer service! Will report to attorney general and anyone else for elder abuse! I am almost 85 years old and she spoke to me as if I’m 5 years old and told me to find someone else to handle my case!!!
BEWARE!!! The worse company out there for the elderly! Patients beware, the manager “Gina” is terrible! She told me to find someone else to help me with my mom. All because I needed to reschedule my mother’s appointment. I will be reporting this company to all agencies possible! You do not treat seniors this way! Shame on you Gina!
