We arrived in Everett expecting adequate service and a decent display of wheel chairs. We had an appointment; sadly we left really disappointed. We needed a lift and chair, but after 2 hours of waiting (time wasted by staff training the man that was "helping" us) we left with no bids on a chair and an incomplete bid on a lift. It was like one incompetent person training another that person - neither of which knew what they were doing. Wonderful costumer service and mechanics. They went above and beyond to help us out when we went in with concerns about my dad’s ramp not coming out right on his van. It stopped working after bringing it to a different location and after coming here it is working better than new. They also immediately told us about a recall that would help with other issues and made the process with the warranty and getting it replaced extremely easy. The recall was not brought up at the previous location so we were very grateful they told u... read more
