It’s disgusting but true. They demand that you have special insurance!!! Straight up discrimination! Regular rental companies accept the State liability no problem. We purchased a van from them last year. I’ve been calling to order a part for the last two months. Have left several messages on voicemail and live person for the service department to call me. No one has called but they were quick to call when we wanted to buy the van! Poor customer service and follow up.
Weeks later , still waiting for info from patty, i was advised not to come in. They had no vehicles in stock to see. Talking to her seem like see didnt care about my business . On a 100k plus vehicle . Its a shame , customer service ( 1800 number) was a breeze to talk to on phone they answer so many questions for me. But warned me about under staffed location. Shows how the place is ran , you can’t even buy a vehicle. How you gonna service it there. 🤔🤔🤔

2026 Update on Service Dept- Hands down I can state there is no better shop to take your adapted vehicle than Mobility Works. (Their diagnostic technology far exceeds the competition. Which I really shouldn’t even call competition because there’s no comparison from the standpoint of skill, knowledge and overall quality of workmanship.)
