My toddler had been coming to this location for about a year and a half. I love the staff. They are always smiling and so friendly. The front desk lady is always super helpful as well. We started in feeding therapy working with Ms. Danielle, and she helped us tremendously with helping my daughter get through textures and opening up to trying new foods. We then had Reagan who did speech, and boy was she helpful. My toddler won't stop talking now. She's speaking so much clearer and now thinks Ms. Reagan is her best friend. But... read more
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with our OT therapist Louise Schroeder. After my sons appointment she would tell me how active my child is, how she needs to spend hours at the park and how he couldn’t follow directions, part of the reasons why’d be coming here? My son’s last few appointments, he would come running out of the therapy room multiple times. The last appointment I could hear the therapist calling my son a “bad boy” repeatedly. I can't give enough stars and don't know where to start. I came here in 2018 and from day 1 both of my kids were treated with so much Love, compassion and respect. Even though it took us longer to get a spot for speech therapy (and this alone should tell you how awesome they are) I got my boys started off with OT. My son receives PT and speech services with Ms. Lauren and Ms. Emily. I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a therapist myself, I have very high expectations for the care my child receives and they always exceed those expectations. He has made so much developmental growth within the last 6 months. They are kind, attentive, and always give us activities to work on for carry over.
My daughter had PT here and she was referred by Knightdale Pediactrics. The therapist was not patient and didn’t seem to have much experience with toddlers. Our Therapist was a young Caucasian male and always had a student with him and she seemed to have no experience with small children either.
