This was my first visit to Abilene Advanced Dentistry. The staff members were very accommodating and patient as they worked with me through the initial visit process. I appreciate the straight forwardness of Dr. Alexanders as he helped me to understand my treatment plan.
I’ve been going to Dr. Alexander and Tracy for about 6 years now and I absolutely love them! Always answer any questions I have and any time I need an emergency appointment, they are there to help.

Absolutely, hands down the best dentist around period. The staff from top to bottom is amazing. I had to have a root canal, crown and bridge done recently and they made the whole process easy and flawless. I can’t thank them enough for their help.
