If I did not absolutely love my Physical Therapist today would’ve been my last day as a patient. Thank God I don’t have any current urgent needs but who sends 2 different nurses 2 days in a row who don’t show up as scheduled who. both BLATANTLY LIE about being on the way. Because professionals, will give you a courtesy call to ask first is ok and second to say they are running a little behind.I’ve had good and bad nurses here. I understand when things happen. I finally got mu supplies. Communication haa improved. I have beed assigned a new nurse. So, we shall see how the cookie crumbles.
Mixed bag. Getting call backs as promised, Reaching office staff by phone for followup and leaving a VM in the VM mailbox for the correct person is difficult. At this point, I’m not sure if the names the staff gives when you asked aren’t made up. I truly want to believe this service is as good as they seem to be on the surface but cracks are showing and what might be below the surface is not looking too good. I definitely can say my experience has been nothing but excellent. During my recovery I’ve literally bounced back with the assistance of my therapist Sharmane. She was , very gentle and listened to my concerns and made me comfortable!!
I called to ask about care for my father and Ms.Steele was incredibly patient and helpful. Great customer service!
