Ordered starts in the heart online over the weekend for delivery Monday. Got a call at 9:20am Monday that they didn’t have the correct vase for the order and if I cared to substitute the short vase for a taller vase, and I had no problem with this. Also said that she wasn’t sure if the stargazer Lilly wasn’t in stock on the truck that it might have to substitute also, I was fine with a substitute here also if needed. Go count the flowers, you'll see we filled it fully to order quantities and specified flowers. We did not shortcut on your flowers. We had flowers delivered for my Aunt’s funeral. The customer service was beyond expectations. They contacted us and ensured that every detail we requested was just right. Me and boyfriend have been in there twice a few months back. The first time the lady that worked there spoke to us. The second time, when we walked in there was a lady that worked there standing almost at the door. Looked at us and never spoke a word. Throughout our walk of the store saw several other ladies that worked there that never once said a word. Thought it was very rude that no one could even acknowledge that we were there!!
