Rude and unprofessional. Andrew kept talking over me while canceling my appointment two hours before I was set to arrive.
Dr. Mendelsohn is Superb! He performed an extremely difficult and challenging cancer removing surgery on my brother Gilbert, that saved his life!! regarding turbinate procedure in March of 2022- I still have severe Tinnitus followig the procedure thread below- NEED I SAY MORE Thank you- the recovery from this procedure falls in the top 3 worst experiences of my life. Unfortunately, I did not feel as though I was at all prepared for the amount of time it was going to take to heal from this. Very disappointed in Dr Mendelsohn. During covid he was unprofessional, disrespectful, never contacted me post op after trying to reach him for pain and swelling. Left a message for me to go to the ER. Horrible surgeon, horrible outcome, and no empathy. What is worse, he never resolved my issue.
Dr Mendelson is kind , courteous and caring. I went to him in Jan of 2020 with a bloody lump on my vocal cords. I was unable to sing for 18 years. He looked at it and knew what it was and performed laser surgery on me. I followed all the instructions and stayed silent for 7 days and barely spoke months after that. I now sing beautifully again. For swollen sinuses from allergies ,he did just prescribe a Nasal spray , which I didn't like. But he saved me and knows his vocal cords... I reviewed this under my husbands account.. ... read more
