Used their services twice now, will continue to recommend them to clients. Great response time, personal touch and Ryan is extremely knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced for the thoroughness and the knowledge you can receive. Doesn’t cut any corners.
DO NOT use this inspection company. They will not stand behind their work. They completey missed heavy water damage in my bathroom. My contractor said they should have pointed that out. The entire sub floor needed to be replaced and it was easily seen from the basement. They also did not notice that previous owners cut the end of the floor joists in order to install windows in the basement. This cause the hoist to crack.
