I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Bhatia and his staff and they are very professional and good. I owe my health monitoring and life to them. Dr. Bhatia is also an amazing person and so nice. His genuine kindness shines thru.
My experience with the actual Dr. was smooth and booking the appointment was smooth. Following up to see if necessary paperwork had by sent to my infusion center has been difficult and not smooth at all. It’s been a lot of back and forth and still not ending up where I need to be to get my treatment.
I saw Dr. Bhatia for the first time and had a very positive experience. He was attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He clearly explained the next steps and made sure I understood the treatment plan. Even in just one visit, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff was also friendly and professional. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend him based on my first impression.
Dr. Bhatia is a wonderful Gastroenterologist I've been seeing for years. He listens to his patients, which is very important.
