Jessica who works for Arcbest is not only stupid but very rude on the phone. She said our item was arriving on June 1st and did not arrive until June 11!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY your item will arrive 11 days late and then damaged as well!!! PATHETIC!!!!!
Rude and unprofessional.
I don't know how a shipping company can be this bad. I am actually not sure they can even track packages through their system. I shipped 2 pallets from Savannah to Charleston and they lost one (a 700 lb wooden crate) and removed boxes from the other shrink wrapped pallet. It has been weeks and they continue to say it will be "delivered tomorrow". Every time I call it's a different excuse. My delivery was extremely late and then they called to reschedule my delivery stating that it would arrive at the local center too late. The shipment had already arrived the previous day and was waiting to be delivered. The dispatcher caught an attitude because I pointed out the discrepancies. She then rescheduled my delivery for two days later to be spiteful. Very unprofessional service for a service based company.
