Most of the time my business has freight delivered to our location. Occasionally, die to time constraints involving job commitments, we pick up smaller freight items at the terminal. Today was one of those days. My experience was outstanding ABF's office staff was friendly and courteous. Within 5 minutes of entering the office to verify my identity and the freight that I was picking up, I was out of the office headed for the ramp where they bring smaller freight items out to load. ABF provided top notch service delivering a 300lb skid to my residential address! They were incredibly nice, polite, and professional. They even offered to pallet jack it up my driveway and in to my garage (thanks again guys)!! Overall, great experience and great people!
Got a large shipment from Texas through ABF, they worked with us on delivery and put the 400# package into our garage. Very helpful and polite.
