I am leaving this review regarding a property damage incident involving an ABF Freight commercial vehicle on September 22, 2025. A company-operated truck caused damage to my residential property while maneuvering on a neighborhood street. The damage is documented with photos, video, a police report, and a paid repair invoice totaling $1,300. Driver was completely unprofessional, scolded me for not offering help while he had an 800lb item on the liftgate. Left item in the entrance of the driveway, blocking cars from entering and leaving. Awful "customer service".
Save your aggravation. Every time this company has been hired to deliver, they either did not show up or showed up past their delivery window, which cost us more money. I understand things happen but this has been multiple times now and we received zero to very minimal communication from them. This business practice costs us more money on each occurrence so certainly not worth the headache and uncertainty of their services if you are running a business and relying on them to deliver.
Best freight company out there they will haul the things that some freight companies won’t even mess with
