I have got to say that I receive shipments from freight carriers every week. However, the horrific employee by the name of Melissa not only has an attitude, but terrible customer service and apparently can’t do her work right either since she overbooked continuously after she has given you dates. I am very dissatisfied for this company, and I will make sure not to ever use them again. Be warned that unless they get rid of her, you’re not gonna get good customer service. We get many deliveries from this company and never have had an issue with delivery or the drivers but lately I have noticed a lady that hands customer service always has an attitude, very rude to customers. She has answered very rude to not only me but also one of my employees that could with a question. Not sure if she’s new or just having a bad day literally every week lately. Very unprofessional!!
$20,000 dollar aquarium completely destroyed and totaled. Looks like somebody ran into it with a forklift and tossed it around. The company was so rough on it that the aquarium busted out of the box and slid out. Unbelievable rough on the handling and lack of care. I'm waiting on ABF freight insurance to contact me. But I have not heard from ABF or the insurance company yet. Steer far away from this company as you can if you want your packages delivered in one piece.
