Out of ALL the freight companies we use at KNOXVILLE POWERSPORTS, ABF is the ONLY one that repeatedly drops off packages in the parking lot and DOES NOT LET ANYONE KNOW IT'S HERE! This has been addressed with the drivers previously to no avail! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Great experience with ABF Freight! Their driver, Randy, gave me plenty of notice before arrival so I could be fully prepared. He went above and beyond to make sure my large hot tub was delivered safely and without any issues. Professional, communicative, and reliable. 5 stars all the way!

Great service! My shipment was tracked from the day left the factory till the time he got here and the driver gave me updates during the day was to be delivered and went over beyond to get a 2000 pound piece of equipment off the back of a truck on to my pallet tractor
