IN SHORT: They add as much stress as they take away from moving. Ive used them twice. The employees in office and on the lot are some of the most helpful awesome people out there but the policies are bunk! You can drop it off to be loaded but not unloaded- really... really... we see through it. You only got 3 days to empty without fees and they dont always tell you about the extension so you freak out to get done in those 3 days. Not easy when they park it 3 hrs away from you. Horrible experience so far with this company. I scheduled delivery and have continued to receive calls, texts, and now mail about needing to schedule my delivery. At this point, just keep my stuff. It’s been weeks at this point.
