Arcbest OR ABF FREIGHT picked up a shipment for me, and I was told 4 day delivery eta. 21 days later I'm getting a call saying my shipment is on hold for payment with an extra $50 added to my quote. Nobody will answer the phone to fix my invoice or give me some form of info on my shipment. By far the worst experience dealing with another company EVER!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER DELIVERY SOURCE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR ENTIRE WORK DAY ON THE PHONE GETTING TRANSFERED FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT WHO CANT TELL YO... read more
After providing a 12 hour delivery window, which is entirely unacceptable (Even AT&T can commit to a 2 hour window), this morning the crate was dumped by an ABF driver in our driveway without any notification whatsoever! The driver didn't call AND he didn't bother ringing the doorbell. Even if I had not heard the doorbell, our dog would have gone crazy.
