Our company has maintained a business relationship with ArcBest since 2018. On November 21, 2023, we entrusted ArcBest with a shipment valued at $37,491.86, expecting next-day delivery. When the shipment did not arrive as scheduled, our account manager, Ken Pearson, informed us that the truck's GPS had been disabled the previous night.
