Our company has maintained a business relationship with ArcBest since 2018. On November 21, 2023, we entrusted ArcBest with a shipment valued at $37,491.86, expecting next-day delivery. When the shipment did not arrive as scheduled, our account manager, Ken Pearson, informed us that the truck's GPS had been disabled the previous night. Arcbest OR ABF FREIGHT picked up a shipment for me, and I was told 4 day delivery eta. 21 days later I'm getting a call saying my shipment is on hold for payment with an extra $50 added to my quote. Nobody will answer the phone to fix my invoice or give me some form of info on my shipment. By far the worst experience dealing with another company EVER!!!!!!
