Worst delivery ever, initial delivery estimate was 9am to 9pm! Then the morning of the delivery, we get a call that it'd be 2:30. Then the guy Calvin asked repeatedly for tips. He kept saying about how he can't accept them, but everyone gives them. After we made it clear we wouldn't give one, he left everything and said oh I can't go more than 3 feet in a house. Then after we signed the transmittal, he left and burned out through the yard right after it rained! We now have huge truck and trailer ruts in the yard, thanks Calv... read more

We had two cubes delivered to our condo today. The parking spots were tight and our delivery driver Calvin went above and beyond to make sure they fit. He was both kind and efficient and we are so thankful for such great service. Moving is stressful and to have such great customer service is much appreciated.
