I've had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid and a Florist at the Abernethy Center and on either occasion it could not have been a more positive experience. The entire staff, especially Sara Hofman and Heide Hendrick, set the bar in the industry; their thoughtful attention to detail, prompt & friendly communication and enthusiastic energy are simply unmatched. We were married on January 5th, 2018. We used the Chapel for ceremony and Ballroom for reception and it was absolutely perfect. I worked with Karissa for the planning process, she was wonderful from start to finish. She took all of my questions and got back to me within a day or two, was very thorough in our meetings and remembered details that I had forgotten. I had my wedding in the Abernethy Chapel and my reception in the Abernethy Ballroom. I could not have pictured a more perfect day! Leading up to the wedding, Karissa was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and helped us find the best custom package for our budget. On my wedding day, Lindsey was the coordinator and everything went so smoothly. I kept waiting for something to go wrong, only nothing did. They met every single one of my random requests. I could not have asked for a more picture perfect day!

This is a beautiful venue for weddings! I photographed a wedding here last summer and would highly recommend it. I really enjoyed working with this venue and the couple was extremely happy with their experience! I hope to be able to photograph more weddings here soon.
Our wedding on 10/28 turned out better than we could have imagined. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.
