Great Event, Supporting our Willamette Falls Providence Hospital. The Gala!
I had my wedding here last October and it is truly a beautiful venue and great for the price BUT you only get the place for 6 hours I think? And that is decorating and taking down. It was very stressful and I felt rushed. The person that helped us was nice but no matter how many times I corrected her during rehearsal she assured me she would have it right on my wedding day and still did not. The industry standard for any day, but Saturday, is typically 6-8 hours; two of those being pre-event hours. Your wedding had two pre-event hours and five event hours for a total of 7 hours on your Sunday wedding. I know how quickly time can fly, especially when you factor in which activities you have chosen to schedule on and off-site, such as hair and makeup. Absolutely beautiful. Loved every bit of it! The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous in the outside area. Will definitely check it out when I get married. :)
Everything went good during the wedding day but the communication between myself and the wedding coordinator has been horrible since the event. I was told i would recieve my deposit 30 days after the event. It has been close to 3 months and i still dont have any clue on when to expect the check. The wedding coordinator keeps promising to get back to me and then no follow up. I had no such issues when i was paying for the venue...
Great staff, especially Elisabeth, who helped me through all the venue planning for my wedding last month. And the venue itself is gorgeous! We used the chapel and ballroom and LOVED them both!
