While attempting to merge onto 400N last week, I encountered one of this company’s drivers operating a marked company van in an extremely aggressive manner. The driver was traveling well below traffic flow. When I attempted to pass, the driver cut me off, brake-checked me repeatedly, and continued swerving and brake-checking for several hundred feet before I backed off entirely.
