After a year, I had to change attorneys to help my case. Difficult to get any communication or follow through.
My husband had Abernathy for a case few years back. Let's just say he was not much help. In the end, my husband did all the work and finally settled the case through mediation, Abernathy did not set that up by the way, and we were out a chunk of money. Not sure about the other guys, but just watch out for Mr. Abernathy
