I encourage anyone looking to purchase a DR Horton home to reconsider! We purchased our home in March 2024. We just noticed water damage to the ceiling in one of our bedroom (clearly a leak in the roof) one month after the supposed one year warranty. I notified DR Horton warranty and they denied the claim. How exactly does one know there is a roof leak until it causes damaged to the interior?! This is unethical and bad business. Do not buy a DR Horton home!
