I feel their entire staff truly functions as a team. My dog has required frequent care for the past 6 months. It doesn’t matter whom I’ve spoken with over the phone, which Vet we’ve had to see, or who I’ve connected with at the front desk - all seem to know my dogs circumstances and there is unity amongst the care she is given. Our sweet 17 year old cat Leo, who had kidney disease, declined very rapidly over the weekend so I called Tamara for help. She made arrangements for Dr. Flemming to come to our house to help send Leo over the rainbow bridge and I cannot imagine a more compassionate and sympathetic person than Dr. Flemming along with Tamara assisting. They made the experience so much better than it could have been. We are extremely grateful to them both!
We recently had to bring our cat Ghormen in to say goodbye. Dr. Anne was full of a compassion and made the process much easier despite how saddened we were to say goodbye.
Dr. Diane was amazing with my cat. I have been to a lot of vets due to my cats health issues, and this is definitely the best vet experience I have ever had! Thank you so much! Edited to add: Dr. Sarah Gale is also amazing and has helped so much with both of my kitties with chronic health issues! I'm so grateful we have vets like Dr. Gale and Dr. McKelvey in town! ❤️
