Do not go to any other vet this place is the best !
We are relatively new to this office but we could not be happier to have our fur babies looked after by this team. From the ladies on the front counter to the tech’s to Dr Fleming. Simply amazing and so caring. The continual follow up on our senior dog by Dr Fleming is comforting, to know that she is only a phone call away should something happen or adjustments needed to meds. In an era where it seems corporate offices are taking over, it is so nice to know that we his office has stayed private. Thank you for all you do.
Stopped in for specialty pet food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Reception area and washroom were exceptionally clean.
"I recently called to make a deposit on my mother's account for a deeply sensitive appointment: the euthanasia of our beloved family dog. To my astonishment, I was informed that company policy prohibits taking deposits. This is truly one of the most illogical and bizarre policies I have ever encountered, especially given the nature of the visit.
