Very quick ,and very nice staff.
Friendly and responsive but unfortunately doesn’t have the ability to do a few ultrasounds I requested which they previously could
was xrayed today after a fall out f province. I shared my concerns with the xray tech and she called the radiolist who said i\I needed to be seen today at urgent care or ER. I asked the very kind receptionst how to go about seeing a doctor today. She called a contact who arranged to be seen at urgent care same day. So nice not to wait at the and also clog the system. Thanks for the wonderful care!!
Could have really done without the rude and dismissive woman (who didnt even say goodbye) who called me back when I left a very friendly message asking a question about my requisition form. Im disabled and having some very serious health issues (life threatening) and am full of worry & anxiety about these scary issues and could have used a kind word, some quick help, and a hint of compassion instead of “look for it harder then, I cant hunt for it for you” when I inquired about where my form was after being told by my doctor ... read more
