Could have really done without the rude and dismissive woman (who didnt even say goodbye) who called me back when I left a very friendly message asking a question about my requisition form. Lisa was rude and ignorant and has a lot to learn about compassion. The other ladies were fantastic. The technician was polite, he could work on his bedside manner.
