This is the worst place ever trying to get them to work with you is impossible they will refuse payments from you if you fall behind.I have given these people over 7,000 and I still some how owe over 6,000 and they will not take less than 690.00 down to remove a warrant ,the supervisor is so rude and threatened me several times saying she would call ever member of my family for collections my job my children and even my siblings word for word ,which is harassment and then when I try and get her to work with me on a payment p... read more
I spoke with Rosy about an inquiry to an outstanding charge. Her customer service was great and patient. After a day of impatient people trying to get to the bottom of an issue she was very pleasant and kind.
Fraud scam.
They bother you until you pay what you owe them. I payed them off and they still call and try to collect. I don't recommend them for anything.
