I believe this place is a scam. Need to check with the BBB. Called me asking for a payment for something that I know I paid years ago. Beware.
Poor customer service. They are under investigation by the state and federal government. Probably won't remove the charge once you pay.
They continually call me over a citation from 8 years ago for a violation that I don't believe I committed, that the town does not have a ticket for, and failed to notify me of, and I already paid just to move on with my life. The town that I paid the charges to says they have sent confirmation of payment multiple times since it was paid in May, but Aberdeen still says they have not received confirmation. Teach your employees manners! When they call someone that isn't even who they are trying to reach. Don't know why they think it's ok to laugh and joke as answering phones with only hello. Horrible people.
This is the worst place ever trying to get them to work with you is impossible they will refuse payments from you if you fall behind.I have given these people over 7,000 and I still some how owe over 6,000 and they will not take less than 690.00 down to remove a warrant ,the supervisor is so rude and threatened me several times saying she would call ever member of my family for collections my job my children and even my siblings word for word ,which is harassment and then when I try and get her to work with me on a payment p... read more
