Missed only a single appointment after 4 years of service because of school obligations, and they charged us 75$ for it. No warnings, no good will for loyalty, no nothing. They aren’t interested in their customer base as people, and they don’t care about the history they’ve cultivated with us. They only care for us as atms.
would not reccomend if you want to have a say in what is done to your teeth. went here to get a proplem toothed pulled and was told they dont pull teeths they save them. so they procceeded to milk my insurance dry and performed a root canel that i had expressed that i didnt want at all. i repeatedly asked if they could just pull the tooth. The work was shotty and when i went to a different dental facility they took one look at the tooth and said it should have been pulled from the start and all the root canel did was create ... read more
Not one to review medical practices but thought I needed to let them know how much I appreciate their taking me on short notice while on vacation from Australia. Amber at the front desk and second chair with Dr Ann were superb. Great service and professional practices. No pain and on my way. Please give this practice your business. You won’t regret it.

Dr hooper and kari are the A team.... I always get nervous with any dental procedure and they are so patient, kind, and efficient. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Highly recommend
